Step 2: We can cover ALL or Some of your excess
Depending on the size of the glass panel and some other factors our staff will let you know how much of your excess we can cover. This saves you from having a large out of pocket expense.
Step 3: Fill Out Our Claim Form:
When we arrive, complete our Insurance Claim Form with your insurance information
Step 4: Contact Your Insurance Company
After the job is completed in Full we will require you to contact your insurance company and let them know Aussie Emergency Glass has completed your glass replacement job and that you have arranged the excess payment direct with our company. They will provide you with a claim number which will be required to call through to us.
Step 5: We do the rest!
Once we have a Claim Number and the job is completed, our specialist insurance team will invoice your insurance company direct on your behalf. They will arrange a settlement to us direct, however depending on the insurance company you may personally be settled in full, In this case you will then be required to pay Aussie Emergency Glass the funds that were given to you to settle the outstanding account.
